Johnny Walters – Personal Trainer

I have always been motivated to keep myself fit and strive to help others to improve their fitness levels. I’m experienced in developing fitness plans that will help you improve your cardio, strength or a combination of both. I like to suggest a range of exercises to provide variety, such as boxercise, to help keep your motivation up especially if you’re a rather reluctant gym goer.

My aim is to help you meet your goals whether you’re a complete gym novice or just looking for some extra help and guidance. I focus on helping to build confidence and making people’s targets realistic and achievable.

I believe fitness goes beyond the gym and can offer you advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle to aid you in making the most of your fitness journey.
