A really effective, motivating calorie burning/ cardiovascular workout on our indoor bikes that involves no routines or need for co–ordination.
The Boogie Bounce programme is fab, fun, funky and fat burning. It is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline, with a safety bar, choreographed to chart topping inspiring music which includes an extremely effective cardio section, and a really powerful bums, tums and thighs section too! Every muscle in the body is worked.
A simple to follow effective workout consisting of a series of short bursts of a variety of cardiovascular/calorie burning movements and muscle toning/ strengthening exercises
A series of group exercise classes which combine short bursts of high intensity training with periods of recovery.
High energy cardio workout using pads and boxing gloves. A mixture of HIIT, circuits paired with boxing techniques to work out like a boxer with our motivated and focussed instructor. An upbeat class open to all abilities.
LEGS BUMS & TUMS
A popular group exercise class (especially with our female members) which targets the legs, bum and tum area to shape and tone the body.
A body weight training class that boosts metabolism for upto 24 hours, so you can even burn fat in your sleep!
Classes, commonly referred to as group exercise, give you a great chance to work towards achieving your goals, in a fun-filled, motivating and structured environment. The majority of our classes are held in our purpose built Studio and Indoor Cycle room, which are always air conditioned for your comfort.
You’ll be inspired by our great instructors, as well as the music and routines. Group exercise has been proven to help you achieve your goals quicker and more efficiently than just hitting the treadmill for half an hour!
