Dan Evans – Personal Trainer
Dan grew up surrounded by sport and fitness with most of his family being involved in Bridgnorth sports teams. This encouraged Dan to join the local Hockey and Cricket club along with taking part in many other sports, both in and outside of school.
Dan’s journey towards Personal training started when he completed his Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instruction. He was offered a complimentary placement on the Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training due to his near perfect score at Level 2.
Due to Dan’s major interest in the Military, he is a big advocate for high intensity training and pushing your body to its limits in order to achieve any goal set. Dan’s friendly persona and passion for helping people combine to make him a great trainer who is sure to help you achieve your goals no matter what they may be.
The realistic and passionate approach Dan has to training, ensure he is able to adapt to the needs of any new client whether they be Male or Female, Young or Old, Beginner or Advanced.
