Nathan Taylor – Personal Trainer
Nathan’s passion for fitness and nutrition started through sport, from playing semi professional football, as well as gaining a Bsc Hons Degree in Sports Coaching at the University of Lincoln. He found that providing a high level of motivation throughout training gets results. Nathan’s passion for specialising in nutritional weight loss and strength training has come from competing at the British level in Men’s Physique for the UKBFF. Combining strength and functional training methods to help you reach your desired goals.
