Jessie Fry – Personal Trainer
My name is Jessie and my goal is to make exercise enjoyable and rewarding so it is no longer a chore but becomes part of everyday life. I am passionate about helping people adopt a healthy and active lifestyle. I would love to help you achieve your goals and I truly believe this can be achieved through diet and exercise.
I have four young children and understand the difficulties in fitting exercise into a busy lifestyle, particularly if you don’t enjoy it or you are not seeing the benefit. I personally struggled to find my way with fitness and healthy life changes after having children. This challenge then pushed me to find ‘my’ way forward leading me to become a Personal Trainer.
My feelings about training are not just about your physical fitness but how you feel about yourself, inside and outside of the gym. I am friendly, patient and flexible and can work with you to achieve that healthy lifestyle. I provide 1-2-1 sessions, group sessions and tailored fitness plans that suit you.
