I have shown my interest in fitness from an early age and always wanted to learn more about it. Daily activities like walking, running, swimming and cycling kept me fit from a young age and engaged myself in the gym at the age of 18 where I started weight training. At the beginning of 2009, I involved myself in kickboxing where I have expertise in circuit training, stamina, sparring and self-defence techniques. I have a good knowledge of nutrition and always try it on myself to know if it works. Healthy lifestyle is my first priority and I’m working on it all the time.
I am punctual, enthusiastic, passionate, organised and polite in all manners. Working on various jobs helped me to improve my skills throughout.
