About me

I have worked in the industry for almost a year after moving to the area from Southampton having dedicated my life to sports, exercise and training; starting with PE at GCSE level, achieving a top grade in my class in sport and performance excellence BTEC national diploma then graduating from Bangor University with a 2:2 in Sport Science (Physical Education). I am starting to develop a real passion for functional training that combines both weight and cardio into a single workout achieving great weight loss and toning results that can be adapted to increase muscle size easily. I have achieved some great results with current and previous clients already and would like to help you achieve your dream goal whatever it may be. No matter where you are along the way together we can achieve more.
