I have been a Fitness professional since May 2009 and have been involved in sport and fitness all my life. In 2007 I graduated from The University of Birmingham as a Sport and Exercise Scientist. Since graduating I have been involved voluntarily as a strength and conditioning coach for two local cricket clubs, and have also been involved as a technical coach.
My goal as a personal 1to1 trainer is to educate and guide members through a complete lifestyle change, bringing together each aspect of their life to move towards their desired goal. In my time as a personal trainer I have worked with many varying individuals, from Paralympians to office workers, from the severely disabled to the proficient sportsman, and all that lies in between.
I have worked towards many different goals in my time as a trainer. The goals which I am most proficient at helping members achieve are; weight loss, injury recovery/rehabilitation, general fitness, high level fitness, sports specific fitness and improving ‘muscle tone’.
