Roy has been in the fitness industry for eighteen years and been personal training for fifteen of those years. Helping clients achieve their goals whatever they may be. The last 5 years have seen Roy take on a Strength & Conditioning role, working with all sports and sportsmen and woman, with a focus on Golf & Martial Arts.

He is now solely based at The Gym Club, offering its members a high level of training and a variety of classes including Spin, Advanced Circuit training, Bootcamps, Body conditioning and most other studio-based classes. He has worked alongside the NHS with GP referral specialising in Obesity, Diabetes, and various forms of rehabilitation. Roy is also a master trainer in Kettle Bells, Suspension instructor and a lean body coach.

Roy’s passion for fitness comes from a lifetime of sport, from amateur football in the early years to Golf which was played at a high level, also achieving a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Karate, training in Kick Boxing’ and other forms of martial arts.

Roy always strives to deliver the best training to reach the goals of all his clients.
